Principal's Message

I am honored to lead Pathways to Graduation Queens into the 2023-2024 school year. Our P2GQ Community exemplifies resilience.  We are committed to providing high quality academic and student support services for all who enter our doors.

Every individual in the P2GQ Community is a building block of our supportive culture.  I believe that each of us has an important role to play in facilitating meaningful positive academic and social emotional outcomes for our students.  This is a big responsibility - and I have no doubt that P2GQ is more than up to the task.   We are continuing to grow, thanks to our commitment to improving our practices, and the empathy and compassion that

our team is known for.  We will continue to support one another - staff, students, families, and community partners alike.

Pathways to Graduation Queens is committed to an individualized approach for each student. We provide students with individualized academic and social-emotional supports based on specific goals.  The one-size fits all approach did not work for many students in traditional high schools, and we are here to offer an alternative perspective.

Empathy is a core value of P2GQ, and it drives every facet of our work.  We are proud of the supportive environment that we have cultivated for all learners.  We offer robust student support programming in terms of college and career readiness, workforce development, and post-secondary planning.  The student experience at P2GQ personifies our slogan: HSE and Beyond.  Finally, we are committed to facilitating inclusive spaces for staff and students to express themselves in a manner that reflects compassion and equity.

I have every confidence that we will meet these challenges and continue to provide high quality services with intentionality, urgency, and empathy.  Thank you to our community members for supporting our belief that all students can achieve at a high level and leave our program prepared for college and career.  It is my privilege to lead this incredible community.
